LGVs with separate compartments for greater reliability

LGVs are standard built with 3 separate compartments for hydraulics, power and electronics.

This ensures trouble free usage of the vehicles and less random errors due to failure in electronics or signal disturbances. Also, through ease of access, makes maintenance much easier.

• Hydraulics: excellent accessibility.

Commercial components

Elettric 80 vehicles are based, whenever possible, on commercial standard components (i.e. Siemens, Beckoff etc) and state-of-the-art technology.

This provides the user with a reliable product, local support and the possibility of sourcing spare parts. Elettric 80 constantly monitors the market for the latest and most relevant new technology to add to our vehicles.

Human Machine Interface (HMI)

The accessibility and the visibility of the system performance are highly dependent on the HMI available in the system. Freeway® has been designed with local graphical industrial terminals located close to the machines, making communication with the machine fast and easy.

An intuitive and straightforward menu system runs in all machine types, with the ability to access all system data.
